Can you be a Christian even if your view of God It's non-traditional?

Quick reminder to all of you I am a Protestant Christian, which basically just means I'm not Catholic. I'm probably Southern Baptist but I'm still learning about the differences between all the different Protestant sectors. Recently I've been adopting some Lutheran views. But I'm pretty sure most of what I say on my channel is Pan Christian. So like all the denominations would agree with what I say.

I relate so hard to the thing about "when someone says they're a Christian" and you feel kinda sus. I used to get "you should be friends with so-and-so, she's a Christian"...and I'm like...well, I never *noticed her acting like a Christian* so... ?

Oh dear and sweet Pau, I think I understand what you feel. I was raised Catholic but I am non denominational. Whenever I met new Christians in my hometown it always felt a bit distant as they believed certain things I didn't agree with. That doesn't mean you can't be friends with Christians of different denominations! I felt a bit lonely and didn't feel like I could talk to anyone about it. Now I've met new friends of different denominations and it is sooo much nicer to talk freely with every single one of them. It was probably a personal problem, my friends here are also very nice. I don't want to change anyone's mind about traditional beliefs that are not necessarily explicit in the Bible (dogmas?). As long as we all believe in God, that Jesus died for our sins, resurrected and saved us all... we're good (please be my friend)

You sound young like I am so I feel like my faith in humanity is restored to know I'm not the only teen who pays attention to the Bible and God's teachings. I'm so happy to know I'm not the only young person!!!
Also, if it isn't too controversial: Leviticus, Corinthians, and Timothy all say same-sex relationships are wrong. But we are still called to love all people (we're all sinners!). If you're comfortable sharing your beliefs on this I'd love to hear?

Hello! I do respect you!
I am a christian who believes in the christian God. The Christian God teaches that the only way to heaven is through faith in His son Jesus Christ.
I don't know a lot about the Muslim faith, But I'm fairly certain it teaches Jesus is merely a prophet and NOT God's son and the way to heaven.
So I would believe the only way you could go to heaven is by becoming a Christian. And you would go to hell if you did not become a Christian.
But if a Muslim was answering your question I'm certain they would answer quite definitely! You have to decide for yourself what you believe is true and then act on that
I recommend doing some research on both religions too help you decide what you believe is true :)
